Atlantic Challenge Rowboat Transport

Each year, Flagship Forwarding manages the international transport of a historic antique rowboat competing in the Atlantic Challenge. The vessel requires specialized handling, protective loading, carnet documentation, ocean freight coordination, and precise delivery timing to meet race schedules. Given the vessel’s age, value, and structural sensitivity, every stage of the move must be carefully controlled from origin loading through return shipment.

Beyond the physical transport, the project scope included comprehensive regulatory management to ensure seamless entry and exit. Our team handled the full ATA Carnet process for temporary export, mitigating the risk of import duties and border delays. By coordinating land, sea, and customs requirements into a single streamlined workflow, we provided the racing team with the assurance that their vintage vessel would arrive race-ready and return home safely.
